Returns & Exchanges

At Baaftah, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with an exchange process.

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their parcel. To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must remain intact
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
  • Exchange request must be submitted within the allowed timeframe

For exchange requests, customers are required to contact our support team and share clear images of the received product along with the issue details.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind or personal preference
  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
  • Sale and discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or incorrect
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer will not qualify for exchange

Once the exchange request is approved, our team will guide the customer through the return and replacement process. Customers are advised to pack products securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
